Group Coaching

Group coaching creates a space where connection and growth happen together. When you join a group, you’re not only receiving coaching—you’re stepping into a supportive circle of women who understand, encourage, and walk alongside you.

Group coaching blends the power of community with the personal guidance of a coach, helping you gain new perspectives, find accountability, and realize you’re not alone in your journey.

What are JRC groups like?

JRC groups are casual and show up as you are… Each group will have a provided PDF guide with agendas, a topic for the week’s group session, and links to browse for tools and resources that go with the topic. Each group member is welcome to dive into the topic as much as they have time for… or not at all. There’s no pressure to read, click, study, or watch anything, no pressure to come prepared for sessions.

Because of this style of support coaching, the groups feel more like a “warm blanket with a cup of tea” rather than a time to “sit up straight and do your homework.”

Instead of high expectations, intense work, or required things to do, in JRC groups, you’ll discover gentle discussion and safe support while gathering with other women around a topic or thought to encourage you in the weeks between sessions.

JRC groups provide check in space and low-maintenance community with women who get it. This means that if you’re looking for more in-depth coaching with accountability, teaching, and homework, this might not be the group for you. If you are expecting loads of information, tools, and skill building, JRC groups might disappoint you.

But, if you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, unsure, and tapped out with mental load and things to do, this group can be a gentle place to still experience personal growth while recovering, healing, equipping, and gaining strength in your current season. It’s a place to just show up.

Together, we grow stronger, braver, and more equipped for the next steps in life and faith.

These coaching groups are faith-based, neurodiverse-aware and trauma-informed.

You’ll find understanding and support, even for the really complicated layers of your story.
